Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant at Clarity Ventures, you will play a critical role in partnering with clients to solve their most pressing business challenges. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous analysis, facilitating strategic discussions, and developing actionable recommendations that drive real business impact. Your work will help organizations make confident decisions, optimize their operations, and unlock new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and manage consulting engagements across strategy, operations, and organizational transformation

• Design and execute analytical frameworks, including stakeholder interviews, data analysis, market research, and competitive assessments

• Synthesize project findings into clear, compelling presentations and deliver them to executive leadership and key stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client leadership, internal specialists, and project managers to ensure deliverables align with client objectives and timelines

• Work closely with clients to define project scope, success metrics, and strategic priorities while maintaining objectivity and professional rigor

• Create strategic recommendations, implementation roadmaps, and business cases that help organizations make informed decisions and drive meaningful change

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with the utmost discretion throughout all engagements

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging business models, and best practices in strategic consulting and organizational development

Qualifications

Your qualifications may include, but are not limited to…

• Proven experience as a consultant, strategy analyst, or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact client work

• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, synthesizing complex information, and developing strategic recommendations

• Ability to design analytical approaches, gather insights systematically, and present findings with clarity and precision

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess competing priorities and reach evidence-based recommendations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex strategic concepts to executive audiences clearly and persuasively

• Strong understanding of business strategy frameworks, operational excellence methodologies, and organizational change management

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, presentation software, and project management platforms

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client projects simultaneously, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, advanced degree in business, economics, or related field preferred

• Relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, or similar) a plus
